Oh No! We are so sorry to hear that happened!

We really try our to give the best estimated delivery dates as possible for each order. Unfortunately, once it leaves our office we do not have any control on how fast it moves.

We always offer shipping options to choose from at the check out along with the estimated shipping times provided by the carriers.

Please note that the delivery dates are estimates from the carriers and not guaranteed by Kinsley Armelle.
