My order did not arrive.

We're terribly sorry for this disheartening situation. In a situation like this, we will investigate with the shipping carrier what went wrong and we will provide you with our findings. Please note that if a package is marked as delivered and there is proof of delivery by the carrier, Kinsley Armelle is not responsible for this package. If the tracking states that the package is delayed or lost in transit, we will provide you with a replacement shipment.
