How do I submit a Warranty Claim?

We offer a 6 month warranty and replacement on all of our jewelry. We stand behind our products and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your Kinsley Armelle purchase!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be sure to submit a photo in your email request to hello@kinsleyarmelle.com. This will help us to ensure a seamless transaction in getting your product replaced.

To submit a claim, please follow these simple steps to submit your warranty request.

1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page HERE.

2. Type in your order number and the email address associated with that product. Press Return Items.

3. From here, please select the product in which you are having issues with.

4. On the "Return Reason" dropdown, select Warranty Request.

Once you have clicked on Warranty Request, your order is ready to be submitted! It should look like the example below.
