What is your Exchange policy?

We are more than happy to accept exchanges within 30 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. We will provide you a free* pre-paid shipping label for the item(s) to be returned (*USA customers only. International customers will be responsible for their own shipping charges. We are unable to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label). Once the item has been received, we will send you a store credit (via KA Gift Card).
